Welcome to Catchup Gametapes. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Catchup Gametapes website and application (the “Service”), operated from Nova Scotia, Canada.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Catchup Gametapes is a sports companion application that provides spoiler-free access to sports highlights, scores, and original recap and preview content. The Service allows you to view sports highlight videos hosted by third-party platforms (primarily YouTube) through embedded players, along with sports data and our own written content.
Catchup Gametapes is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any sports league, team, or organization, including but not limited to the NHL, NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, CFL, WNBA, FIFA, NASCAR, or any of their affiliates, nor with YouTube, Google, ESPN, or any other content platform or data provider.
All team names, logos, and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only.
The highlight videos available through the Service are not hosted, stored, or owned by us. They are hosted by third-party platforms and made available through standard embedded players. We do not claim ownership of any third-party video content, footage, broadcasts, team logos, or sports data.
Original written content created by us — including recaps, previews, and editorial material — is owned by Catchup Gametapes. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our original content without permission.
The Service is supported by advertising and sponsorships. Advertising content is provided by third parties, and your interactions with an advertiser or sponsor are governed by that third party’s terms and privacy policy.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to scrape or commercially exploit content; interfere with or disrupt the Service; or circumvent security-related features.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Sports data and highlights are provided by third parties and may contain errors or be unavailable. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Catchup Gametapes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
We may update these Terms from time to time; changes are effective when posted.
